Hi, Soyeah, We suggest you to disable hardware acceleration on the streaming app by following steps.

  1. Launch the Settings menu of your Amazon Prime Video app.
  2. Select My stuff.
  3. Choose Stream & Download.
  4. Look for Use hardware acceleration.
  5. Disable the option. 

Please check your device is updated and see if it fixes the issue.

If it doesn't work please contact Amazon Prime Customer Service.
