We are sorry to hear that your'e experiencing issues with Bluetooth keyboard trackpad functionality in Samsung DeX mode after the One UI 7 update on your Galaxy Tab S8+.
This appears to be a software-related issue introduced in the latest update, and our team is currently reviewing related feedback.
In the meantime, here are a few things you can try:
Toggle DeX Off/On and reconnect the keyboard
Forget and re-pair the Bluetooth keyboard under Settings > Connections > Bluetooth
If available, test with a wired mouse to confirm DeX click response
Ensure all Samsung and system apps are fully updated via the Galaxy Store and Play Store
If the issue continues, please report it through the Samsung Members app so our developers can review the logs: Samsung Members > Support > Send feedback > Error reports > Samsung DeX
