SM-T295 touchscreen issue after FW upgrade to latest

Hi Samsung team.

Got a question regarding tablet functioning after the FW update. The touch screen went unresponcieve after the latest Samsung System update. 

The tablet SM-T295 (Galaxy Tab A) conducted the FW update and after the update was complete, tablet requested a reboot, I pressed the reboot button and that was the last time captouch worked. After the restart, tablet stated that "android update complete successfully" but the touchscreen is not working anymore. How can I revert the update to get my device working back ?

Hi, Try force restart. By pressing the power and volume down button until the device restarts.

Hi, I have the same problem as Dmytro. I add that it didn't work even replacing the display. Does anyone have any other info?
