About 2 months ago, my SM-T860 has stopped connecting to my Brother WiFi printer. All other devices in the house (Samsung Android cell phones, Apple phones and tablets and PC's) continue to connect without issue. The SM-T860 sees the printer, but will not connect. Any suggestions?

TabletsHi Spectre1781,
Sometimes, the print service on your tablet may have issues. You can try clearing the data:
- Go to Settings > Apps and search for Brother Print Service Plugin (or any other printing service you use).
- Tap Storage > Clear cache and then Clear data. This will reset the connection settings for the printer.
- Reconfigure the printer connection after clearing.
Thank you.

Hi Helenna. Thanks for the response. I have tried your suggestion on several occasions. I've tried several print service plugins (Mopria, Samsung, Brother). The Mopria plugin was the service that I've been using for years. As I mentioned in my prismatic post, Mopria sees the printer. The printer shows up in the printer list. But when I click on the printer, I get a message advising the program cannot connect with the printer.
