Hello, just bought a used Tab A Sm-T307U. Cannot get it started. After turning on and setting language I press the arrow and a prompt shows up to install sim card to complete set up. Does this device require a sim card to operate?
Hi Kelly99, Could you see the "Later" option on the setup screen so that you could skip that step and continue with the setup process. Please note that if you do not connect to a Wi-Fi network, you may not be able to set up some device features during the initial setup.
