Hi there. I actually happen to own a galaxy tab s6 and a galaxy s20 FE that used to work completely fine with the call and text  feature on my tab s6 (videotron carrier in Canada in case somebody is wondering). Suddenly, a few days ago, it stopped working. I tried cleaning the cache of the app, force stop it and even wiped the cache partition on both devices. It seems to be a connection issue so I tried to reset the wifi settings on the tab s6 but it didn't help. The tab keep showing the same error code: unable to connect. Try again later. Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

Hi,  we suggest you to backup and reset the tablet to factory settings.

To back up, please follow the below steps. From Settings, navigate to and tap Accounts and backup. Tap Manage accounts and then tap your Samsung account from the list. Tap Sync account, and then tap the Auto back up the tab. Here, you can adjust which options get backed up automatically; tap the switch next to your desired apps. To reset, Go to Settings. Scroll down and touch Backup and reset under the Personal tab. Touch Factory data reset. Read the information provided and then touch Reset Device. If you have a security lock enabled on the device, you will be prompted to enter the lock information before proceeding. Touch Erase Everything to delete all information and downloaded applications.

Note: Content will not automatically back up if the cloud storage is full.

Hi Georgine,

Thanks for the quick answer, but it didn't do the trick. Still getting the "unable to connect. Try again later" error. Tried it over 3 different wifi networks and still get the same issue. Any other ideas?
