Twice recently I installed an app from the Google Play Store. In both cases, the app installed completely. In both cases no app was created in the "swipe up" list, but they appear in the apps settings.
if the symbol for either app is in the "most recent apps" list at the bottom, I can launch it from there. I can also launch either app from a notification if one exists. If neither of those is true, I have to open the Play store, find the app and launch it.
