Dear Samsung Support,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to provide some feedback regarding a small but noticeable issue I’ve experienced on my Samsung device running One UI 7. When I apply a theme or change the color palette through the "Wallpaper and style" settings, the gear icon (⚙️) that normally appears in the top right corner of the volume panel seems to disappear.
This icon is helpful for quickly accessing sound settings, and its absence makes it less convenient to adjust sound preferences. I’ve noticed this doesn’t happen when using the default theme, which leads me to believe it may be a UI layering or visibility issue related to theming.
I wanted to bring this to your attention in case it can be improved in a future One UI update. I truly appreciate all the work your team puts into making the user experience smooth and customizable.
Thank you for your time and support.
Best regards,
Richard A

ThemesHi Richard A,
Thank you for sharing this detailed feedback. We understand how helpful the gear icon on the volume panel is for quick access to sound settings.
It does appear that certain themes or color palette combinations in One UI 7 may affect the visibility of UI elements like this. We’ll pass your observation along to the development team for review.
Appreciate you taking the time to report this, feedback like yours helps us continue improving the One UI experience!
