TV & AudioFor some reason in Less than 1 week of light usage (around 30 minutes daily) the Left Button is now broken. Attempt to see if the remote would work via charging, synchronizing & power cycling with TV unplugged for 1 minute have failed.
All other buttons work on the remote both prior to & after attempts to resolve the issue as listed above.
How can this issue be resolved?

TV & AudioHey @fierce2020 ,
There could be a few reasons as to why it may not be working. I can recommend a few different things below:
- Clean the remote - gently wipe the surface of the remote, especially around the area where the button is, with a soft, dry cloth to remove anything that may be obstructing the button.
- Examine the button - look for any visible damage like cracks or debris, if you can see that the button is physically damaged, you may need to replace the remote
- Reset the device - factory reset your TV through your Settings
If those steps above are unsuccessful, you can reach out to our support team for your remote through this link - https://www.samsung.com/au/support/
Hope this helps :)

TV & AudioNone of this worked. Samsung doesn't offer support on the Australia page & have spent over 30 unsuccessful minutes trying to obtain support via the US support.
It looks like I have to Purchase a Remote for over $60 (USD) to replace the Remote that Broke within 7 days of using the QN55LS03DAFXZA Frame model if I want to have one where I can access settings, use SmartHub & more.
