My Samsung N650 soundbar. The display has stopped working, the soundbar still works and is connected to my TV and the subwoofer. The remote works but no display on the soundbar?
I had this problem today. I messed up a TV setting somehow and the soundbar connect via Bluetooth vs. ARC. One attempted solution to that was unplugging the TV and the power connector on the soundbar. When I plugged it all back in there was display. I searched for a solution on line and found the topic here. No good solution. I messed around and around. Played with the power button on the bar. Tried the remote. Went back to the soundbar and for some reason flipped it over.
That was the problem!!! I had it laying on its side! The speaker and display was facing toward the TV, the solid part of the soundbar facing forward. No wonder I couldn't see a display.
Maybe make sure you don't have the bar laying on its side or facing away from you. lol
