This is well documented across many forums, but it seems like Samsung is either ignoring this or not aware that their "The Frame 2021" TVs all have broken HDMI 2.1 ports on firmware 1506. Won't work with PC, PS5 or Apple TV 4K 2021 on my 65" TV.
The above link has people from all over the world complaining, including in Australia. There is a new firmware out in the US (1708) but no sign of it here? Samsung what is the go here? One of the key selling points of the TV is unusable!
How many other aussies have this issue? There's at least 2 others in the eu forum.
Hey there, I had this issue today for the first time after using the TV hassle free for about a week. Issue only occurred in the 2.1 (hdmi 4) port.
The fix posted by JoFr76 worked for me. TV said there was no update available but samsung.com/support had a newer version to install via usb stick. This worked fine, just make sure you search by the right model number and filter to firmware. The version available to me that fixed it was 1808.1 I think and the version I was experiencing the problem on was 1807.

Hahahaha. You guys well do absolutely nothing about this. I'll be blown away if you ever respond to the above message. Samsung customer service is famously terrible. I've experienced it myself many, many times.
I've had the same issue. Has Samsung come to my house. They insist it's a Sony issue and that Sony will be releasing a patch. The temporary fix they offered (which does work) is to turn off Game mode and turn off HDR. Pretty disappointing considering these are the key features I purchased the tv for.

I'm not going to bother. These never good looked into. You're only trying to give the impression that it will get looked into. Samsung know what the issue is already. I had a tech come to my home to look at the issue and was told that it was an issue with Sony PS5. I find it strange how XBox users have the same issues. It'll be a huge waste of my time to provide you with any information.

Dear all, I have the same issue, the port 4 fails to display ps5 and Xbox. Same game station plugged on another port works fine. M'y TV si the frame 55, firmware 1807. Can we have some feedback from Samsung on that well known issue?
I have the same issue on my 55 frame TV.l on 1807. Initially was working on hdmi 4 then after enabling 120hz and game mode on, the screen goes blank and I have a check power message on the screen. Move the console to another port and it works fine.
