TV & AudioThis is well documented across many forums, but it seems like Samsung is either ignoring this or not aware that their "The Frame 2021" TVs all have broken HDMI 2.1 ports on firmware 1506. Won't work with PC, PS5 or Apple TV 4K 2021 on my 65" TV.
The above link has people from all over the world complaining, including in Australia. There is a new firmware out in the US (1708) but no sign of it here? Samsung what is the go here? One of the key selling points of the TV is unusable!
How many other aussies have this issue? There's at least 2 others in the eu forum.

TV & AudioSame issue here on QE55LS03AAUXXH. Hdmi port 4 does not support Playstation 5 console. When I connect it, nothing happens and sign to check device power appears.

TV & AudioSame issue for me on The Frame 2021 65”, has this ever worked on any firmware? Feels like false advertising this.

TV & AudioI added this to another thread but might help here...
I've been getting the same issues as many here with my new 'The Frame 2021' 55" as well as PS5 starting with no sound which could only be fixed with a restart but that sometimes bought back the "check device power" screen.
To start with I was disconnecting everything but then found turning off the TV fully, where you get the white line and click from the box after about 30 seconds, would often fix the issue but it was a pain.
On Tuesday I raised a ticket with Samsung Sweden and upgraded my firmware via USB to the latest on the website. Samsung contacted me the next day saying to call support and they would "update" my HDMI ports remotely.
Made the call yesterday and they said it was actually resetting the ports and did it while I was on the phone.
Early days I know but I tried to replicate the issue several times yesterday and could not, it really does seem to have made a difference, touch wood.

TV & AudioHey there, I had this issue today for the first time after using the TV hassle free for about a week. Issue only occurred in the 2.1 (hdmi 4) port.
The fix posted by JoFr76 worked for me. TV said there was no update available but samsung.com/support had a newer version to install via usb stick. This worked fine, just make sure you search by the right model number and filter to firmware. The version available to me that fixed it was 1808.1 I think and the version I was experiencing the problem on was 1807.
Good luck.
Dan.

TV & AudioApologies I am unable able to add an edit to my previous reply for some reason.
I've used the TV post fix (updating the firmware manually) for a few hours but unfortunately it has happened again. Whatever the issue is, it seems deeply routed. I've spent hours trying every solution posted anywhere online (thanks YouTube for removing the dislike view -.-) and nothing works - sadly will have to refund the TV and bite the bullet that I've just drilled my wall based on the proprietary mount.
Feeling really let down by this faulty product Samsung.
Dan.

TV & AudioSamsungOG1 did you also get Samsung Support to remote reset/update your hdmi ports?
I've only had the black screen once since doing this the other day but I think that was after I also tried to turn on HDCP again

TV & AudioHello, I followed the solution but it didn't work for me: I was on 2200 firmware version already.
I also noticed that not only HDMI was not working, but that USB was not working either.
My solution has been to invert the OneConnect cable! I didn't t see any indication of being connected in a way or another, but now everything is working fine.

TV & AudioJust bought a series X and yep same issue! Has anyone chased a refund for the tv? Pretty poor that Samsung isn’t providing a feature that the tv is advertised to do!
