WearablesDear Samsung,
I'm well aware of the purchase of Harmon Sound and the great strides you've made with their collaboration into the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and now the Buds 3 Pro's. And now finally that division is making a profit for you.
Unfortunately for some of us Galaxy S / Z users, we'd like some versatility and choice in the products and services we use - the whole purpose of Android's existence. Personally I've purchased not 1 but 2 pairs of the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro's [the initial purchase I was screwed over by your Canadian Management's approval for Warranty Support after being promised I'd have it. Never received it]. This left a VERY sour experience and although I love the LED implementation of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro's, I'll never purchase another Galaxy headset again since you cannot honour your word regarding warranty support to a loyal customer whom spends his hard earned money.
Beyond my personal experience, I do like the Galaxy S products and Z products, as I'm sure others as well. However the size of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro's are too big for some of our small ears. Many others are audiophiles and need to have more bandwidth for a better audio experience than both the Buds 2 / 3 Pro's can provide due to your own audio codec limitations.
I'm humbly requesting that all Samsung Galaxy S/Z products using the Qualcomm 8 Gen 2, 8 Gen 3, and 8 Elite SoC chipsets have an audio codec support for the One UI 7 and future One UI updates to push out audio codec support for :
Qualcomm Snapdragon Sound > not audio for music playback and less latency that what Samsung's own audio codec supports yet also better microphone audio for call quality something that the current Buds 3 / 3 Pro's have issues with.

Qualcomm XPAN > Qualcomm XPAN amplifies Snapdragon Sound by keeping earbuds and headphones connected via Wi-Fi, even from another room or floor, enabling untethered audio for up to 192kHz lossless music streaming, calls, and gaming.

Currently the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro's [Black & Gold models specifically] are the ONLY headphones that support Qualcomm's XPAN audio, for now. They're also incredible small compared to the Buds 3 / 3 Pro's or Apple AirPod's Pro 2 or AirPods 3's. They're lighter have better playback battery life even with ANC ON and better fit for smaller ears. Most importantly much more audio bandwidth supporting BOTH codecs!
So Samsung, please support these 2 audio codecs in near future updates. Many of your customers would enjoy and welcome it without fully leaving your ecosystem. Many of your customers own more than 2 earbuds - either for workouts and other or main and travel [preventing heavy travel cost due to theft]. We're aware some Galaxy Wear audio features would not be supported and that is completely fine. Yet it would be amazing for your brand doing this as many customers would choose your main smartphones due to audio codec support s running from you.
