buds pro causing ear infection

anyone facing the same issue? wore it for a day resulting in ear itchy and subsequently stopped using. when i feedback. they insist i must hav medical report. 

did a google search and it seems to be issues faced overseas too. But this samsung is insisting we are to get a medical report. yet they dont want to reimbus any medical fees.

I been using for about 3 yrs now.. from ear bud to now bud 2... never really had problem..

I think if u are having ear infection from wireless earphones, I would suggest getting an open earphones or headphones.

i used alcohol swab to clean it after using. Do it at least once a week for hygiene purposes.

Agree with u. Hygiene is very important. Normally, I will clean my airpods with a mildly damp cloth after every run and allow them to dry for a few hours, before placing them into the case afterwards.

I'm not sure whether you are allergic to the buds. Maybe you might need to use some wipes to clean it before using. Some of us have sensitive ears. But if it really doesn't work for you, I would suggest to change to headset but I know its slightly bulky which might cause inconvenience.

Yes very true.. most who have sensitive / allergic ears, opt for headsets, reducing the chance for a reinfection. 👍👍👍

Use cotton buds dip in cold water you need to use multiple times the infection will go away

Just got the new Buds Pro2 after upgrading from the original Buds Pro. Just sent them back because after just 1 hour same as originals- itching, discharge and irritation. Too bad because they sounded awesome. Thought Samsung would have fixed it after the problems with original.
