Can the samsung galaxy fit e give inactivity reminders?

I'm interested in buying a samsung galaxy fit e, and I want to know whether it can give me an alarm/ alert if I've been sitting too long. Also, can I customize this feature; that is, can I set the time after which it needs to give me the alert?

Hi SR-3, Samsung health app has inactive time alerts, you can enable this option from Samsung Health app settings.

I have galaxy fit 2 , not fit 2 pro and i do not see this option in  Samsung Health app settings.

Is this enabled in this device by default?
