Galaxy watch active 2 not displaying notification of a call from only one specific caller

Hello, and thanks in advance for any assistance.

I have one contact whose incoming calls do not show up on my Galaxy watch (Active 2).  I am not notified that my phone is ringing for their calls only.  

Notifications for all other contacts' calls do show up.

The call from this caller does appear on my phone and I am able to answer it on my phone.  

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Hi, please check you may have disabled notification settings.

In the Samsung Wearable app on your phone, tap Watch Settings >> Notifications >> More, and ensure you've turned on call notifications.
