WearablesSo I'm a big fan of the Galaxy wearables. I've had a bunch. My Galaxy4 has been my go to watch for about 2.5 years. Last Saturday, it blackscreened, won't reset, won't charge. I didn't do anything differently, it just failed. After some research, it looks like it may have bricked. So I dig out my older GalaxyFit - it's working fine. Haven't worn it in awhile, so it needs to charge, resynch etc. All is fine. Yesterday, I check my watch it's at 79% and has been impressively holding its charge. A short while later, I look at it - no display. Only a black screen. 2nd watch bricked in a few days.
What is going on Samsung??? This reeks of a bad software update. I called customer support and because my watch is out of warranty, I'm being told I'd have to pay for repairs. What? If Samsung is messing with software to get us to upgrade/ replace wearables, not only is that unethical and bad for the environment, it's also criminally culpable. Has anyone else had any issues like this? One watch - sure, 2 in a few days? Clearly, this is a Samsung induced problem.
Looking for some guidance here, as this is not only frustrating but makes me reconsider being a samsung customer.

WearablesHi cynsun2001,
We are very sorry to hear about the issues with the watches. Is this issue happened after the update? Have you tried charging them and still not turning on?
