WearablesIf not, go to Watch settings -> General->Reset.
Then connect your Watch 2 to your phone again.

WearablesHey Inspgadget, Please make sure that the Galaxy wearable app is updated to the latest version on your phone. Then uninstall and reinstall the app. Then perform the clear cache of the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone. Go to Settings> Apps> Select the Galaxy wearable app> Storage> Clear cache. Then check for the watch updates on your phone or watch. On the connected phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Tap the Home tab, and then tap Watch software update or Band software update > Download and install. For some watches, you will need to tap About watch, About the band, or About Gear to access the software update menu. If the problem persists, you have to perform the factory data reset of the watch as mentioned by Note20UltraFan. Please note that the reset of the watch will erase all the watch data. Here are the steps to back up the watch data: Go to Settings>>Account and backup or account and follow the on-screen instructions. Here are the steps to reset the watch: Go to Settings>>General>>Reset. Thank you Note20UltraFan for providing the information.
