I use continuous heart rate, automatic stress tracking, no aod and the battery does not even last one day.

Hi ek611. Do try the following:

- Turn off NFC, location, wifi
- Clear your watch's RAM. (Settings > Battery and device care > Memory > Clear now)

It is likely to do with the RAM, as I had also experienced crazy battery drain before on my Watch6.

Hope this works!

Hi ek611, btw now I feel that my Watch 4 has gradually returned to normal draining, as per pre-One UI 5.0 Watch update. But it took about 1 month, before the battery stabilises.

I am guessing this One UI 5.0 update is initially taking a toll on the battery, but as the battery learns the pattern, it gets better over time. Thank goodness.. I thought I have to live with this weak battery throughout permanently.. 😌
