WearablesI started getting the overheating error last week on my galaxy active 2 watch. It was working fine for a year and half. Watch is not even warm and it keeps shutting off. I did a factory reset a few time already and I still am unable to get it to work. Keeps shutting off during the tutorial.

WearablesThey also say their watch will work as a stand-alone on LTE. What they don’t say is that it will overheat constantly and shut down when you run it on LTE as a stand alone.

WearablesI have had that same issue with my active 2. When I run it on LTE as a stand-alone it constantly overheats and shuts down. I’ve sent it in three times and they’ve replaced a number of items in it but as soon as I get it back and try to run it on LTE it overheats. I’m switching back to apple because I’ve never had overheating issues with their watches on LTE.
