Hello, i recently bought a samsung wireless charger duo and it is not good.
First of all charger is realy slow and is showing incorrect time for charging example: i put my galaxy watch 5 on charger (about 50%) and its saying it needs 50 minutes to charge, and after an hour i came to pick it up, and watch was about 80%. But with charger it came in box with is twice as fast, and that charger is wireless too. Similar happens with my phone (s23)
Second, my battery heats a lot more with wireless charger than cable.
And my phone is floating a little on charging pad because of camera bumps, and i am sure that affects charging speed and temperature. (i am not using case)
Btw i have fast wireless charging enabled in settings.
Did I get a faulty unit or am i doing something wrong, plase help me.
Please ensure that both your phone and watch are properly aligned on the charging pads. Misalignment, especially with camera bumps or other obstacles, can affect charging efficiency. You might need to adjust their positions to make sure they are centered. In addition Make sure your phone and watch have the latest software updates installed.
