Wearables
Heyy, i want to ask why Samsung health only track sleep cycle between 0000 to 2400, for example if i sleep at 1800 and then wake up at 0200. It should count it as 0800 hours but it measures only 2 hours for new day. Please give suggestions about it. Thank you

WearablesHi GUR01,
Samsung Health currently tracks sleep data based on a single calendar day, which may cause issues when sleep spans across two days. To improve the accuracy of your sleep tracking:
In Samsung Health, adjust your sleep goal under the sleep settings to better align with your actual sleep pattern.
You can manually adjust your sleep and wake times if the app incorrectly splits the sleep session:
- Open the Samsung Health app.
- Go to the Sleep section.
- Tap on the recorded sleep session and edit the time.
If you have a Galaxy Watch, ensure it is tracking your sleep for more precise and continuous monitoring across two calendar days.
Thank you.
Thank you.
