Samsung Galaxy Ring release date in Canada???

Any news on the release date of the Samsung Galaxy Ring?

Seems like they have it in the US, Asia and Europe. Would be nice if Samsung Canada Management gave up an update on the release date.

The worst thing about this is Helenna the mod for this Forum who obviously works for Samsung won't even comment. This post has more hits than any recent post and Samsung Canada just ignores the content.

I had contacted support asking for a date and it is as if they are completely in the dark, or they have been told not to say anything...strange tactic if you ask me. I am sure lots of Canadians would wait for the Galaxy Ring to come if there was a clear date in sight.

Support is one of the main reasons we don't get anything early in Canada. Samsung knows Support in Canada can't deliver results so we are always last in line for new devices, updates and why we will never have Beta access. They even make sure you can't message the moderators.

Terrible Customer Service by Samsung regarding the Ring. Just got an update from Sammy Fans and apparently the Ring will be released in Mexico and Some South American countries. So we now know where Canada stands as far as Samsung is concerned. Pathetic!!!

So I got the ring.. My husband bought it in the US and brought it back to Canada as a gift but half the features don't work. Like gestures and temp tracking for periods. So it's likely has to do with regulation in Canada.

What kind of phone do you have? I bought the Samsung ring and I live in Canada. I have a Samsung S24 Ultra. I needed to update my phone after pairing the ring, but once that was done, I had all of the features.
