So this happened to my watch. Has this happened to anyone else too? How and where to get it fixed? Thanks!

So they assemble it with adhesive no screws, maybe it come off because of excessive heat, that magnetic charging coils produce heat when charging,

I suggest to call customer service, might need to be put together in a service center.

I can't exactly bring my watch anywhere right now coz I'm still isolating due to Omicron. Also I live in Antipolo which isn't in NCR. Such a hassle that this happened now. 😥

Thanks! Omicron **bleep**! Most of my family got it when family visited over the holidays. It's spread like wildfire!

I don't think I'd want to mail my watch as I depend on it to monitor my sleep, heart rate, BP etc. Plus it might take really long to get back to me.

I'll have to figure out some other way to get this fixed.
