WearablesHi, I am using a 5 Pro too.
There is a basic Intervall option in the running sportmode. Tap on the gear icon and then in targests there is the option "Intervall".
In the German version there is also a "running coach" sportsmode , where you can set different parameters like time or distance and the app creates a workout; where you can choose between a fatburning and a cardio option. fatburning creates a steady running workout with warm-up and cool down and cardio creates kind of ramp workout, where you get faster and faster after a warmup and adds a cool down at the end.

WearablesIntervall is only on the watch for me too - in the app it looks like yours. I have to navigate to the running sportsmode (the green man running) and there typin on the gear icon below opens a goal/target menue, where I can choose Intervalls

WearablesI like that they added intervals, but I'm doing a running program that has 4 steps (like easy run 6 minutes, walk 1 minute, hard run 2 minutes, walk 2 minutes, repeat 4 times). I can't find a way to program this. Any ideas?
