Search Nearby on Smart things did not work

I lost my buds pro and has been trying to find it using nearby search feature on Smasung Smart Things but it kept saying that it couldnt find it.

So I decided to purchase buds FE. I tried using nearby search feature as well with my buds side by side to my phone but STILL it says that it couldn't find my buds FE.

How to fix this??
