WearablesHi, are you saying is your Samsung Health data between your phone and watch are different?
If yes, can you please try syncing your Samsung Health data between your phone and watch by following the below steps.
Open the Samsung Health app on your phone >> Tap Menu (the three horizontal lines), and then tap the Settings icon >>Tap Sync with Samsung account, and then tap the switch at the top to turn it on >>Tap Sync now.
Now, please check that if your Samsung Health data is syncing.
Also, please check for updates on your watch and the Samsung Health app.
First, try to use the Galaxy Wearable app to check for available software updates for your watch and apps installed on the watch. Next, from your phone, open the Samsung Health app.
Open the Play Store, and then tap your profile icon in the top right. Tap Manage apps & device, then tap the Manage tab, and then tap Updates available.

WearablesI think that the user meant on the same device. I have the same issue for the yesterday's data. In Samsung Health, the page titled "Steps" says 7267 steps and 5.35 km, but the page titled "Daily activity" says 7201 steps and 5.38 km. This is slightly different (and note that the number of steps is smaller while the number of km is higher).
