Hi i have Watch4 classic with me , i never turn nfc on to make payments same like my device with samsung wallet, it does require it to turned on on Google wallet which i dont use.
Now with Watch ultra i need to turn nfc on to use it, whereas with phone s22 ultra no need to turn on.
I guess samsung removed some nfc usage for its own app which i dont like, hope they fix it, i dont like to keep nfc turned on always or turning it on or off on using again and again.
It's understandable that you're finding it inconvenient to enable NFC on your Galaxy Watch4 Classic and the Watch Ultra just to make payments, especially when your S22 Ultra doesn’t require it to be manually toggled on for Samsung Wallet.
We will certainly consider your feedback. Thank you for suggesting to allow automatic NFC enabling just during transactions, much like it works on the phone. This would make the experience smoother, without constantly having to manually switch NFC on or off.
