I've lost my buds twice (don't ask) and the app was basically useless during the whole experience, the only reason I found them was luck, is there ANY way to improve this on my side or is this just bad hardware?

Hi Marazyz,

We are pleased to hear that you have successfully located your Galaxy Buds. For future reference, if your buds are misplaced, you can locate them using the Galaxy Wearable app by following the steps outlined below:

  1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected device

  2. Note: You can also open the Samsung Find app directly. Open Settings, then tap your Samsung account name, and then tap Samsung Find

  3. Tap the Devices tab, and then swipe to and select your buds to view their location on the map.

  4. From here, you can tap Ring to make your buds play a sound, or Refresh to reload the location.

Please ensure your earbuds are within Bluetooth range and powered on for this feature to function effectively. If you are facing nay issues with the app, please uninstall the app and reinstall, reconnect the buds and check.

Should you require any further assistance, please reach out to the community, we will help you further.

That's exactly what I did, the problem is just getting in range of the buds is very hard as the app is usually off by a few feet, but what ever is the problem with the tracking on the buds just doesn't exist on the smart tags. Just wanted to also say that.
