Even when I do not have any unread or new Samsung Members notices or activity notifications, the bell icon still has an orange dot that disappears when I view my notices and activity but reappears the next time I open the app. This is just a minor bug, but it's a bug nonetheless.

Yeah - What SEEMS to be the "fix" is to either:
a) Uninstall & Reinstall.
b) Wipe Cache & Data for Samsung Members app (what I did) 🐧

I have used both methods on my different devices & they both worked for me for some reason? But main thing is that it's now resolved for you 👍
