@Madmart, you should be able to select the email (by pressing and holding it) then click menu and select remove from spam. That should stop it from going into the spam folder.
How is your email set up on your phone? POP/IMAP/Microsoft Exchange This would not be a problem with the Samsung Mail app as it just pushes email to your phone. You would have to log into your actual email, go into the spam folder and mark this particular email as "Not Spam"
