OthersHello,
My dishwasher is 5 years old and I still have the extended warranty provided by the seller.
I have already had a technician check and replace the main engine and the dryer part.
The day after the engine was replaced, the whining high pitched noise got worse and it lasts the whole cycle except when the machine is draining the water or being filled up. It is very annoying.
The technician has hearing issues and can't actually hear the whining high pitched noise, he told me I will have to live with it.
The only way to make it more bearable is to let the washing start, open the machine door and leave it open for 5-10 minutes before resuming the cycle. At least the noise is not so intense but is still continuous while washing, something ranging from 45 to 65 Db.
The fan piece was replaced about 2 months ago but the vibration during drying phase is back and only getting more intense as days go by.
I don't know what else to do, the technician has already come 3 times for the fan and 5 times for the whining noise.
This used to be a very silent machine but it became very loud and annoying.
Model: DW80F600UTS/AC
Serial Number: B00GG9MF301078L
Looking forward to hearing from you.
