Is upgrading s2 to s3 worth the price. I'm a tablet friendly user. Internet, Netflix... Not a gamer and minimum use for work

No. In your case, it is not worth the upgrade. You just get the SD820 and the HDR AMOLED display, and for only those two features I don't think you should spend 600$
