Apps & ServicesHai Kak! Mohon maaf atas kendala yang terjadi, ya. Terkait kendala tidak bisa melakukan pembayaran di Galaxy Store dengan error B7002, silakan coba langkah berikut:

Refresh aplikasi dengan masuk ke Pengaturan > Aplikasi > Lainnya (titik tiga/garis tiga) > Tampilkan aplikasi sistem > pilih Samsung Galaxy Store > Paksa berhenti > OK > Penyimpanan > Hapus data > OK.

Pastikan aplikasi Samsung Galaxy Store sudah menggunakan versi terbaru.

Pastikan Samsung Account yang digunakan tidak login di perangkat lain. Jika ada, silakan logout dari perangkat tersebut.

Aktifkan fungsi lokasi (GPS) saat mendaftar kartu atau melakukan pembayaran.
-
Coba gunakan kartu lain atau metode pembayaran yang berbeda.

Hubungi pihak bank terkait.
Jika semua langkah di atas sudah dilakukan namun kendala masih terjadi, silakan kirimkan log melalui:
Galaxy Store > Menu > Pengaturan > Hubungi Kami > Kirim umpan balik > Laporan Kesalahan > centang “Kirim data log”.
