Can everyone see what you post?

Good morning Samsung community. How is everyone today? now i have a question about community guidelines. Can Samsung company and everyone can see what you post to this community? because i wanted to know if this community as Samsung members being watched and protected. Can you get blocked from Samsung members? Samsung members is suppose to be a safe community for everyone to enjoy and help each other out! not to be mean to people and hurt their feelings. Let's keep posting topics and continue to help each other out.

Everyone including the Moderators in the Samsung Members Community Canada can see what gets posted. This way we can assist each other with any suggestions or troubleshooting issues with our mobile devices. There are ways to be blocked and/or banned from Samsung Members. If a member is posting plagiarized information, using language that is not appropriate towards other Samsung Members and abusing them for no reason or whatever else the Moderators feel is sufficient grounds for blocking or banning.

So if another member using inappropriate language towards another member the community will know?

Yes. That other member will see what sort of language is being used and can also report it.

Then what will happen to the member next? If they use inappropriate language to the other member?

The member receiving the inappropriate language can send a report and then the Moderators can take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

Do reports work for Samsung members Canada most of the time?

Yes. On every post there are 3 dots in the top right corner of the screen. To make a report, tap those 3 dots, choose report, select one of the three choices or enter a reason for your report and then tap send. Your report will be sent to the Moderators anonymously.
