Annoying android 12 overscroll effect

My Galaxy Z Fold 3 has updated yesterday, and this stupid effect took place.

If you don't like it like me, after activating developer option, go to "Animator duration scale" and turn it off.

I love overscroll. Not sure why it would annoy anyone honestly

That's cool. You and others may love it. In the same way, me and a few may hate it. Personally, It's weird seeing this effect being applied on Chrome, and not only at Android menu, for instance. In short, we are here to discuss those things. If the "stupid" sounded rude to you, it wasn't my intention.
