Individuals are not forced to disclose the fact that they are recording calls in which they participate, but businesses are subject to another law.

Businesses must comply with specific regulations as a business.  These are provincial regulations and each province is different. 

Businesses and private citizens have different regulations.

As mentioned by@Cassidy, you cannot record calls in Samsung devices in Canada. This option is removed from the device. However, you can use any third-party app from the play store as mentioned by@CHMultimedia and @jamesy.
