How about giving community membersthe ability to delete spam and report abuse to the moderators for further action. Seems like they're too busy to keep up.
It's been suggested several times, that either Samsung's "ambassadors", or some other well regarded members, be given the ability to at least "sandbox" suspicious, or obviously inappropriate posts, until Samsung's Moderators make an appearance and have the final say in the relevance of the posts.
No one from Samsung Members Canada has ever addressed this suggestion.
It quite apparent that the current process does not function.
Pretty sure that if a Mom or Pop, never mind kids, signed into Samsung Members Canada, and were greeted with offers of prostitution, or death spells, would be quite astonished, dismayed & leave.
