How do I redeem

Ok so me and my partner bought the smasung s22plus and we received our redemption codes to claim a gift (like pods,charging dock) I have the emails with the codes but I cant work out where I'm supposed to put these codes in. I tried samsung redemption portal but it won't work. Need advice on what I'm to do

1. Where do you buy it from ?
2. Jbhifi , Harvey Norman and other big suppliers provide a link at the bottom of the pre-order page on how to redeem your gift.
3. You have to wait till March 3rd or 4th to e able to redeem.
4. I have also included a screenshot from Jbhifi regarding No.2 .

If this applies to you, problems solved, whatever the case, please tell us how you go.

It was from a telstra store. We had to go back to them to sort out the issue we had and they git us the tablets ordered and told us that we'll receive an email with a promotional to select the other one (pods charging dock) etc and years subscription to Disney plus. We have that email with the codes but the link won't work.
