Ok so me and my partner bought the smasung s22plus and we received our redemption codes to claim a gift (like pods,charging dock) I have the emails with the codes but I cant work out where I'm supposed to put these codes in. I tried samsung redemption portal but it won't work. Need advice on what I'm to do

Hi @shannin, you can check the application status by logging into your account on the redemption portal. Once the device has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link.

Hi. I have already bought the S22 Ultra and am trying to redeem my gift. All I can find is redemption of preorders but I have already paid and collected. Can someone help please. Regards Tracey.

I have submitted my redemption and nothing!! Got an email saying it was submitted and since then have heard nothing at all. The link they sent me doesn't work so that is usless.

Tried emailing, phoning and chat online but seems no one can help me! The service is terrible from Samsung.

So no promo code and no tablet.
