DiscussionI have submitted my redemption and nothing!! Got an email saying it was submitted and since then have heard nothing at all. The link they sent me doesn't work so that is usless.
Tried emailing, phoning and chat online but seems no one can help me! The service is terrible from Samsung.
So no promo code and no tablet.
