We are sad to hear that your'e facing Wi-fi issue on your device. Since you have tried restarting the device but still the issue persists, we recommend you to perform Reset Network Settings and see if it works for you. Go to: Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will refresh mobile network settings without deleting your data.

I did not say the issue persists after a reboot.
