hi, i just got a A5 2017, sometimes my phone to my ear when calling, the quick notification panel will scroll down automatically, follow by open up the setting menu, then i will accidentally press on some buttons by my ear, i try to resolve it, but cannot find any setting i can lock or black out the screen while making a call, anyone suffer the same problem?

You can lock the screen during a call. It's not something you enable, you disable something else to do so.
Open the Phone app, go to Settings>Answer and end calls, and disable the last one. You will now be able to lock the screen in calls, thus avoiding your ears from formatting your A5 ;)

thanks but what you said the last one in Answer and end calls setting does not exist in my A5.
