Another member posted last month with concerns about the A54 not having received an update since February.
I replied to this user in a very sarcastc manner indicating that it was normal because February was the month it had been released one year prior and once a Samsung device has reached this date it will receive updates at 2 month intervals and i believe it may change to less often at a later date.

This does mean the A54 should have by now, received an update for the month of April. These updates are often sent to devices 2-3 weeks after they are released which is generally on the 1st day of every calendar month.

I would like to know why is it, Samsung, you are not honouring what you have said to your customers? Can you please provide an explanation that does not involve a link, asking to clear cache from recovery or something that does not insult my intelligence as well as show myself and the rest of your customers that you actually care?

Can you do this? Please? 

(I am currently making progress on the denial of hardware you've placed and denied doing, blaming carriers. The carriers blame you but we know what's going on. FM Radio. Get ready for that one to hit the fan. I am really excited. Aren't you? Sure).

Same goes for the A53 5G. We are still waiting. Some are saying that it will be available this month, idk when tho.

Even s22 ultra is stuck on February update. Seems 2 years of timely updates for flagships and 1 year of timely updates for midrangers is the internal plan for Samsung.
