A54 notification light

Just bought an A54 samsung, an upgrade from the A8. When I get a call, or text on the A8 that I had missed, a blue light would flash in the top corner of the screen when the phone was sleeping. 

How do I get the A54 light to work, I cannot seem to find it. Or...does it even have it?

What do you guys think?

I'm not sure about your device, but Samsung got rid of the Notification LED a few years ago.. in all it's "wisdom".. 

There's a few apps on the Play Store that use the led around the camera cutout to act as a Notification LED. 

I personally use Holey Light for the Notifications on my S20 Ultra. It's free on the Play Store, and it does not contain any ads, AND it's from one of XDA's most recognized Developers, Chainfire.

Hey RedDog👋There is a thing called screen flash, which is cool, and also uses the camera light to flash, so no need to play store anything. Just thought is something was on the front of the screen when it is black screen sleeping, bit I guess not

Yes, but if you miss the Screen Flash which is brief, then you still wouldn't know that you missed a Notification. 

Holey Light will continue with the Notification until you dismiss it.

Exactly. It only flashes twice, then it's done.
I will look into the Holey light app.

I don't see Holey Light on the playstore. Has it been renamed?

Holey Light is still on the Play Store, however it's possible that it is not compatible with your device, which is why you wouldn't see it on the Play Store. 

You could search for Notification Apps on the Play Store for your device.

Just an FYI ..I use Notification light for Samsung. It's in the Playstore and works well. Mind you, I upgraded to the paid verson which has a few more options than does the free version. I should have added that I have the A54.
