I am missing the new AI feature in the camera settings after the recent UI One update on my A52 5G.

If I'm not mistaken, the AI features are on the S24 series phones, and in time, it will be included with the S23 series. The A series, to the best of my knowledge, will not be getting any AI functionality.

Think that A.I. Camera features are currently exclusive to One UI V6.1 on the S24 series. 

Some previous Flagship devices are likely to receive some of the A.I. features in the coming weeks / months.

Hopefully, the feature that you are expecting might be added in future update.
