Always on display no "Content to show"

Settings > Display > Always on Display > layouts > content to show: it is not there.
so there is no option to see notifications so they are not showing. I saw a phone before the major update it was present.

I think it's a bug because it's been reported before as well. I am not off problem was fixed in previous post. Let me check.

Definitely a bug, hopefully an update will be released soon to fix this.
