Hi, Please follow the steps below and check if it works fine.
Perform the mic test on the Samsung Members app. Go to Samsung Members app> Tap on Get help> Select Diagnostics(Start)> Tap on Mic and Speaker.
1.Ensure that the volume on your device has been set to the highest level during a voice call. You can also try tapping on the speaker to see if this improves the call volume. 2. Restart your device and then test it again. 3. Check if there is any new update.
4. Open Voice Recorder and record your voice. Check out our guide Using the Voice Recorder app for more information. Playback the recording to see if you can hear yourself. If you can hear yourself, it is likely that there is an issue with the other end of the voice call or your service provider. If you cannot hear yourself in the voice recording, please proceed to the next step.
- Check to see if the microphone and receiver are blocked/dirty. If it is blocked or dirty, gently brush it off using a dry toothbrush or a brush. After you have cleaned your device, test your device again to see if there is sound.
