I have a dual SIM A70 phone. Since the last update,  the phone does not show the two SIM icons available to me for calling even though both SIM are active and valid. Any fix?

Hi, As you have updated the android version I suggest you perform Wipe Cache Partition and write back to us if the issue still persists. Please try performing the wipe cache partition by following the instruction below and check if the issue got resolved. Turn off the device. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key. When the Android logo displays, release both keys. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight "Wipe cache partition". Press Bixby / Power key to select. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Bixby / Power key to select. When the process is complete, the Reboot system now is highlighted. Press the Bixby / Power key to restart the device.

Hi. Tried it but it did not work. Just to confirm that I am on Android 11. I used to see 2 call icons one for each SIM I have on my phone but not any more. It only shows the call icon and defaults the call to my default SIM

Hi, As it happened after the update, we request you to check with the place of purchase of the phone as Canada A70 model doesn't have dual SIM. It might be an International device.

I don't even know how what you are saying makes sense. It's an issue with your upgrade and how is it a sellers issue is beyond me.

Hi, Please could you provide the IMEI number of your device. You would find that on the rear side of your device.
