Model Name: Galaxy A32
Model Number: SM-A325F/DS
OS Version: Android 12
One UI Version: 4.1
Google Play system update version: July 1, 2022
Camera version: 12.0.06.43

Issue: Night mode stays on 2s exposure time and doesn't go up regardless of darkness level.

And no, factory resetting didn't resolve the issue

Are you saying that you sent an error report?

Did you open Samsung Members app & Click Support & Diagnostics > View Tests & run the Diagnostics for the Camera?

You can, if you haven't already, send Samsung an error report from the Samsung Members app / Support & Scroll down to "Send Error Report", or visit a Samsung Service center.. depending on the results of the Diagnostics?

To find a Samsung Service center, click on the link below:

The camera works fine. It's the app refusing to increase exposure time. That's an issue with the software in the app. Not the hardware itself

So you sent an error report then?

Presumably if it's an issue with the software, an error report should reveal the cause, don't know if this issue has been reported / posted anywhere else, but if not, then it COULD still be a hardware issue...

Hi iAnimateYT, as you have already sent the error report in the Samsung members app.
Our software developers team will certainly look into the issue and will fix it.
I am sure of that your issue will be resolved soon.
