My A32 5G recently had a system update while I was asleep. When I went to go to work and my phone tried to connect to my 2013 Ford Escape with Sync, it was having issues. I had to hit "connect to phone" on my dash a few times for it to actually connect. After it connected, i noticed that the battery status and signal of my phone isnt showing on the dash. Thought it was weird at first but the phone was still working well, still playing music, so I ignored it. But when someone called me, there was no ringing coming through; I didn't get any notification on the dash that someone was calling. When I picked up the call, it didn't come through the speaker and the person on the other side couldn't hear me. Everything was working prior to the latest update. I'm not sure how to fix this.

Hi, if you haven't performed reset network settings on the device, then please try to perform Reset network settings and check for the issue.

Go to Settings, and then select General management >> Find and select Reset >> Choose Reset network settings >> Tap on the Reset settings button >> Tap on the Reset button.

Note: When you reset the network settings, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth information connection are reset.
